Essential thrombocytosis and treatment problems

Essential thrombocytosis and treatment problems

Posted by: Mario Jusino

In 2002 I was diagnosed with ET (essential Trombocytosis). I used Anagrelide 1mg BID. Then in 2009 my hemoglobine increase, then I was dignosed with PV. Last years I start to use Hydrea but after one month I have a reaction in my face and I need to discontinue. Today 07/06/10 I start again with the Hydrea and Plebotomies.
If there are any other treatment that dont presents side effects?

It is in your best interest to consult an experienced homeopath in person for proper case taking, remedy selection and case management. Well-prescribed homeopathy will not have any adverse effects and will be the best for you in the long run.
Good luck!

  • Of course she should consult an experienced homeopath. That is common sense, but she was asking for some leads as to what to focus on homeopathically. This was so unhelpful. I too am looking for potential homeopathic remedies for ET. Some remedies to look up might be helpful.

    • Hello Karen, I am so sorry you found the response unhelpful. However, it was in the patient’s best interest. Homeopathy, to be truly successful, esp. in chronic deep-seated ailments, needs an individualised approach. Randomly suggesting names of remedies to try is not going to work and may worsen the situation. Hope you understand.
